i cant see my skin or anyboddys else skin

when im playing minecraft i cant see any bodys else skin or my skin and when im playing this game i cant see my skin and all the skins i see are alex and steve so when you see this can you plz fix this because i want to see my skin that i have on and see my friends skins. plz fix this.
