Alot When I Play On A Server After A few seconds it says."Lost Connection To The Java Socket" By Any Chance Do You Know What That Means?

I Was Playing On Survival Factions When Thes FIRST Happened But it Happens To Every Server I Go On Then It Makes All Of My Servers Say Cannot Reach Server.
