When punching an item frame, both the item and the item frame drop

Actual
When punching an item frame with an item in it, both the item and the item frame drop.

Expected
Only the item in the item frame should drop, leaving an empty item frame. Only when punching an empty item frame the item frame should drop.

Not sure if it is a bug or the intended behavior, feel free to close this if this works as intended.
