Holding the "Open Inventory" key opens and closes the inventory very fast

When you hold your designated "Open Inventory" button, mine is E, it constantly opens and closes the Inventory.  Furthermore, you can move your mouse and look around with it, but you can't move or access any other options while holding your Inventory button.
