Breaking bar not resetting on farmland

If you break wheat on farmland and then quickly replace it with seeds then the block underneath will act as if it was being broken for a split second, but not reset. This means that if you repeat the process a couple of times then the block underneath will break even if you weren't holding lmb.

(The block to the left of the cursor is frozen and wont update.)
