Villagers are locked with small amount of xp

Vilagers, both bred in multi-player/single-player or spawned in using eggs automatically gain xp when assigned a workstation.

Villagers who are assigned a workstation and instantly receive a small amount of xp, this means that they cannot loose their trade and act as they have been traded with before.
