Glass Panes and Fences Glitching

Whenever a glass pane or iron bar is placed, they separate and look like "jail bars". Included is a picture of the glitch. If you click the affected pane or bar, it will fix itself. It mostly occurs if someone else places the panes/bars, but sometimes it will happen for me.
