Skins not loading in properly

 

I have tried everything that i can think of from adding the skins to the skin game file, resting the skin multiple times, trying to apply the skin on different wifi sources on their site, uninstalling the game applying my skin and then reinstalling.

Also my skin is a .png so it should work but I don't know. HELP PLEASE
