Cannot login after creating a minecraft server

I have installed Minecraft server 1.5.2 on my windows server 2003 / windows 7 as well. As found in the blog it pretty simple 2 steps. Downloaded the minecraft server and kept in a folder and started it. and stopped and started again.
So not when i run the minecraft. it shows a login page. I have registered with the link given below the username and password with mojang. But i m unable to login with that account. Please help me on setting up the account.
