Trident not coming back but you can still see it

im using much higher enchantment lvl then the books and enchantment table allowed.
The problem is that its not coming back but i cna see the trident/tridents
I spawn in a trident with loyalty lvl 31870 with this command 
/give Savage_Taco21 trident{Unbreakable:1,Enchantments:[{id:loyalty,lvl:31870}]} 1
