Weird Skin Bug

Recently, I have notice a weird glitch in certain skins in Minecraft, especially white skins. The glitch is where the back of the arms is blacked out as well as part of the hands. I have tried re-downloading the skin and relaunching Minecraft, but nothing seems to be working. I have no idea if it is just me or what. Thanks.
