Constant X-Ray Toggle

The game will be running fine until all of the sudden X-Ray view will turn on for about a second and then go back to normal First person view. Then within another 2-3 seconds it flips back to X-ray view. My only fix is to restart Minecraft and it only lasts 10ish minutes until it all starts again. Occasionally it will fix itself but that is rare and doesn't happen much
