Converting Zombie Villagers make held items disappear

Ever since 1.14.3 made villagers forget their saviors, I had to reconvert all my villagers (at a great loss).

Sometimes they took my minecarts or other resources. When converted back into villagers, the items were not dropped, they were simply destroyed forever
