mobs dosen't spawn despite the new version (1.14.4)

Any kind of mobs don't spawn yet at any places. I reported this problem on 1.14.3.

An helper wrote me to report again the problem if it would not be solved with the new version (1.14.4)  so mobs still not spawn in only one of my worlds.
