speedy wondering traders

when a wondering villager spawns away from a village and after have been damage by a mob (in my case a creeper) gos crazy fast in all directions dunno why all i know is im sure a wandering trader isnt ament 2 go faster than a player with speed 5 

also the trader is far from llamas and isnt bound by a lead to them
