Torch doesn't illuminate when in hand.

I know the torch is supposed to illuminate even when you don't put it on a block, I mean, when you place it on the left hand it should work too.

But in my case, it's just not working at all.

Please help me with this!

Sé que la antorcha supuestamente debería alumbrar a pesar de no ponerla en un bloque, es decir, teniéndola en la mano izquierda debería dar luz de todas formas.

Pero en mi caso no funciona.
