Redstone and air-blocks are so BUGGY!!!!

When you put a redstone on a block and put a piston or dispenser beside this component shouldn't be activated , But it does in 1.14 cause the air-blocks now are recognized as a blocks and they get powered by redstone dust and now too many of my redstone projects aren't working or work destructivly, Seriously ,this is a big probleme that should be fixed as fast as possible and THANKS.
