Teleporting while gliding makes you stuck in glideform

I was playing on a server called Mineverse. In the hubworld, you have elytra wings. I glide away from the island. Also, in the hubworld, you can't die or teleport back to spawn by falling outside (in y<-64(I didn't meant the arrow)). I decided to type /spawn
