cant play on realms Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Everytime i join my friend's realm after 30s it kicks me out of the realm and it says: Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

This did not happen at the beginning when i started playing the realm and its been happening for 1-2 days now and I've been trying to find a fix I've tried everything in fact everything this post says here  MC-156543 and i saw in the comments from a helper named Matthew saying: duplicates MC-38565 so i go there and i cant find anything that helps me fix my problem and i would like a more clear answer instead of leading me to another post.
