Bow not showing arrow when charging.

What I expected to happen was...:
Seeing the arrow while the bow is charging.

What actually happened was...:
Not seeing the arrow and the bow animation being freeze.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In creative mode, take a bow.
2. Use it for the first time and the bug will happen.
3. After the first arrow shot, it will be back to normal.

This only happens in creative, i tried doing it in survival but it seems to be fine in there.
