(1.14.3) Can't close inventory when using non-standard inventory key-bind.

I have the open inventory key set to Tab, making it a non-standard bind. Opening the inventory is fine, but I can't close the inventory with Tab. Doing the same setup/thing in 1.13.2 & 1.12.X work just fine, doing exactly what I'd expect.

What I expected to happen was...:
Pressing tab to close the inventory

What actually happened was...:
Nothing, it just sits there

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change your bind for 'Open/Close Inventory' to Tab
2. Open inventory with Tab
3. Try closing inventory with tab
