Infinite villager trading

After updating my world from 1.14.3 to 1.14.4 my villagers will now use their workstations every 5 seconds or so and reset their trades infinitely. I tried to fix this by reloading a backup of 1.14.3 and then updating again but the same thing occurred. In the video I am waiting for the sound of the villagers using their work station.
