Freezing issue when breaking blocks (only happens when in areas with a lot of liquids i.e. flowing lava & water

, majority of lava has been world edited out, but freezes seem to persist, lag present but so far I'm the only person I know of to get freezing whilst placing & breaking blocks. (occurs every 5-15 minutes. Will eventually unfreeze time varies from 1-20 minutes, but will completely freeze again if a block is broke, placed or interacted with in any way after unfreezing. Requires restart of minecraft.exe to postpone effects when but they will re-occur within 5-15 minutes of starting to play again) IMPORTANT NOTE: only seems to take place near scamp created mountain. I assume that it has something to do with the excess of flowing lava blocks concealed within the mountain "AdvancedopenGL" has no effect, nor does changing any of the visual settings, have tried altering java run time parameters, which have had no effect of which I can identify. Have uninstalled and re-installed java, this still had no effect. I am currently attempting to mine out the mountain to see if the crashing desists. If this is not the case i will add to this shortly.
