When i move the camera arround i get a jitter

when i move the camera arround i get a jitter , it doesnt matter that i lower the graphic quality

i tried reinstaling mc and reinstalling java but it doesnt go away , also it has been happening since the client update .
the jitter does not reflect on the fps
