FPS drop and frame skipping.

This ''bug'' started happening to me 10 days after I created my new world. It's not exactly a bug it's more like a FPS drop thing. Basically my game goes smooth until I go to sleep. When I wake up my game starts skipping frames and I'm getting 1 FPS. I don't know the cause of this so I came here to find out. Any Ideas or solutions?
