Woodland Mansion Lag/Stuttering

My single player world is experiencing a ton of lag, primarily when I am close to the Woodland mansion for some reason.  The frames will drop down to 30fps and there will be constant stuttering.  When I am further away from the mansion lag and stuttering will occur when I turn around and look at the direction of the woodland mansion.
