0-tick pulse rail levitation

All types of rail will float without a block under them. Normal rails will act as a full solid block,

Powered rail are completely invisible and will extend to the push limit . Detector rails, when pushed will extend to the push limit. Activator rails will extend to the push limit and can be powered but do not act as a solid block.

 

None of the types of rail allow a minecart to rind on the floating ones
