Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

When I join a Java edition server, I load in and for about 20 seconds the world doesn't render, and all I see is the sun and moon. Then, after that 20 seconds, the world loads and after 10 seconds I get kicked. I can't see any messages, I can break blocks but it doesn't drop any block.
