Extreme lag and slowed framerate (Different from issues searched)

At connection to the server, game slows while all the chunks load. After chunks load, both frame rate and the occurrence of lag continue and occasionally increase no matter if I stare into the sky, ground, move around, or look around. I will attach a crash report. Happened after my game updated to 1.14, not before in 1.13.

NOTE: Turning down graphics settings does not affect frame rate or lag.
