Java Crashes while running Minecraft

Unable to launch a game with the launcher in either environment 

What I expected to happen was...:
When clicking on Create World, I expected it to launch Minecraft Java Edition

What actually happened was...:
Launcher crashes, and when you click on View Report, it does nothing. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simply try launching a game from the launcher and it crashes immediately.
