Player on screen moves, player to others is frozen,can't break blocks away from frozen character.

I was just playing in Multiplayer and I tried to fight on Survival Games, I attacked and attacked and nothing happened to the other players, I asked my friends if they could hit anything and they said they could but they said I was frozen instead of moving.
