End city boat is cut in half with it's contents missing

I found an End Boat with half of it missing, which you don't find often. The item frame containing the elytra was gone, along with the 2 chests. Seemingly it is a chunk error because it cut off right at the chunk border.

 

The seed is -1265589199 and the cords to the boat in the end is 863, 138, -2501
