The spawn point has been changed!

When I make a square with 3x3 dark oak log floor and 4 signs at the borders and I type /kill @a the spawn point is changing its place. I set the /gamerule spawnradius 1 and It changes the spawn point over this building! But now I can't do the bug!!! HOW?!?!
