It's a mix between 40,000,000 different pages

so its not a launcher bug its possibly my graphics card but none of my other games do this but when i hit play its lags and the screen goes weird it kinda blanks and it looks like the colours are rejecting my screen and gliches from what i should see to something that is a mix between 40,000,000 different pages

 

 

P.S i cant get it to go to version 1.14.3 but that is what it is on
