Parallel Redstone Bug

This is a redstone dust bug. This bug is when you place down redstone in a single player world. When you place it down it bugs up and goes the other way.

I thought it would go in the normal direction.

But it actually just faced one way.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place 1 redstone dust
2. Place 1 redstone dust next to it. They will then be parallel
