Shadow with unexplainable source

A shadow appeared on a single structure when building walls. There is no roof over it and therefore shouldn't have a shadow ontop. This is not just a visual glitch as the game registered it as not getting direct skylight. This shadow only appeared under a certain y co-ordinate
