Worlds Not Loading - Inability to find spawn biome.

When creating a new world in 1.14.3 or opening a world from a previous version, the loading bar gets stuck at 0%.
Left the game loading for 2 hours without any change.
Used Task Manager to force-close game.
Reading the output; log a few seconds after starting the world the game fails to find the spawn biome.
The output features nothing afterwards.

Recreated event on all tests.
