You can ender pearl into the nether ceiling and under bedrock

So recently i was playing minecraft and I missed my ender pearl and it shot into the nether ceiling. I was then teleported to the top layer and didnt know how to get out.

Then i wondered: "Will this work under bedrock?" So i tried it again. Same results. I fell our of the world. Mojang Please fix this :/

Also there is this video showing you how to break bedrock. Also fix this pls.
