Whenever I throw an ender eye and get off a horse higher up like on a mountain at y 150 or on trees on the horse in a dark oak forest and get off, the horse disappears

What I expected to happen was...:
that when i got off a horse higher up after I threw an ender eye I would get off and the horse would be right next to me

What actually happened was...:

**The Horse would disappear and I wouldn't be able to find them sometimes, rare times like in the mountains if i reloaded the chunks it would show up

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get on a horse with a saddle
2. Climb to a high up area like on dark oak trees or on a mountain
3. Once you Are up there throw an ender eye
4. Get off the horse
5. Try to find the horse, most likely will be hard to do so
