Map with Id#0 duplicated several times after creating a new one from empty map in creative mode.

Step I used to reproduce the bug:
1. Create a new world
2. Get an empty map
3. right click on the empty map several times

I also found out that:
1. Map Id#0 contains nothing and won't work properly. But after relogging, it does contain something and works as intended.
2. After removing map Id#0, it doesn't duplicate anymore.
