When I kill the Ender Dragon, it crashes the game.

I killed the dragon the first time, it dropped xp then it crashed saying "whilst colliding entity with block" . I retried, killing it a 2nd and 3rd time. Same thing. Finally the fourth time whenever I joined, i could see the xp on the ground and it immediatly crashed me, giving me the same message.
