Rendering and the hitbox of sleeping villagers

Sleeping villagers have an incredibly small hitbox, i also believe it to be the reason why they stop rendering at small distances. I have reported this bug a while ago, but it was never fixed in any versions from 1.14 to 1.14.4-pre5. I hope this will be fixed one day or another.
