Zombies spawn in night time when villagers are near even though the /gamerule domobspawning is false

as i was doing an irongolem farm i switched to night time and before i used the

/gamerule domobspawning true saw a zombie spawn then i did /gamerule domobspawning false and still the zombies spawn
