Massive connection issues with a Realm.

We have to restart the server 3 times a day to play without teleporting back 50 blocks, eating food for a solid 3 minutes instead of a couple of seconds, etc. Checked the server region and such. Restarting the server helps for about an hour, then the server just becomes terribly unplayable. ;/
