Everything in the world freezes

This is a big issue and should be fixed in likely one day or two because it's a game-breaking one. So it all started when i was carrying a villager from a village to somwhere close to my house with a boat, i was going on water and suddenly everything stopped working: chunks, mobs, commands, basically everything in the world except for me. I could just swim a bit in like 2-5 chunks because only those where loading and i couldn't drown, I even tryed to swim away from those chunks and i ended up in the void and not taking any damage just falling. I still had 100-200FPS.  I have tried reloading the chunks, changin my view distance and restarting my PC but nothing fixed it, my world was still freezed. Chunk issues are a big problem and they are destroying 1.14 if it doesn't get fixed ASAP. FIX: Switching back to 1.14.4 pre-release 3 fixed my issue, nothing else fixed the problem.
