zombie pigmen won't drop xp

when I kill multiple zombie pigmen, they drop xp for single one. in older versions, every pigmen would drop xp, now just one drops, but all of them produce other, evern rare drops

 if i recall, this only happens on server, singleplayer worlds work correctly
