x value is 1 off when using /fill

-55, y, 138 -54, y, 138 -53, y, 138
-55, y, 137 -54, y, 137 -53, y, 137
-55, y, 136 -54, y, 136 -53, y, 136

Say I want to fill in <-54, y, 138> through <-54, y, 136>. The result is having blocks <-53, y, 138> through <-53, y, 136> filled in. In order to get the desired outcome, you have to add 1 to the x value.
