Torch effect bug

I was playing survival, and I noticed a not so important graphical bug, nonetheless it's a bug. If a torches effect is touching water, it will fade behind the water, I will show with a picture so you can see it yourself. You can see the discoloration due to the water Vs. the other torches with land behind them.
