No buried treasure maps anymoe

Discovered a new ocean, using 1.14.4 Pre 3.  Discovered several intact sunken ships with all three chests and found no buried treasure maps.  Also discovered several (greater than 5) sunken ruins and treasure chests, and found no treasure maps in the chests.  Blank maps appear to have replaced all treasure maps.  I have approximately 8 blank maps from this ocean.
