Phantom Horse Bug/Disappearing Horse Bug

This bug occurs whenever the player goes to dismount a horse or is dismounted automatically when in third person. The horse the player was riding disappears but still makes noises, resulting in a phantom horse effect. Restarting the game fixes the issue, returning the horse to visibility
